What’s included in professional landscape lighting installation?
Everything from start to finish. We begin with a free in-person assessment of your property, then design the fixture layout, choose the materials, install and conceal the wiring, and set up your controls. You receive a written quote by email before any work is booked, so you know the full scope up front.
Are the lights visible during the day?
Very little. Fixtures are placed low in garden beds, along paths and at the base of trees, and are chosen to blend with your landscaping and architecture. Wiring is buried or concealed, so in daylight your yard looks the way it always has, and the design only shows once the lights come on.
Can I control my lights remotely?
Yes. Traditional and digital timers are standard, so your lights come on at dusk and switch off at a time you choose. App-based control is available on request, which lets you adjust brightness, set schedules and turn zones on or off from anywhere.
Do outdoor lights increase energy bills?
Not by much. We install LED fixtures, which use a fraction of the power of older halogen lights while giving steady, even light. With a timer or app schedule, the lights only run when you want them to, which keeps running costs low throughout the year.

Customers who enroll in our optional Lighting Protection Plan receive ongoing system maintenance and a lifetime warranty on their full landscape lighting system for as long as they remain enrolled, subject to plan terms. Customers who do not enroll receive the applicable manufacturer warranties plus a minimum one-year labor warranty from White Pine.
Can you integrate my existing outdoor lighting system?
In many cases, yes. During the free assessment we check your current fixtures, wiring and transformer. Where they are in good shape we can build on them, and where they are not we can retrofit or replace them with modern LED fixtures and add app control, so the whole yard works as one system.
