What Is Temporary Holiday Lighting?
Temporary holiday lighting is a seasonal display that we install in the fall and remove once the season ends. The lighting is ours, not yours. You are not buying strands, storing them over the summer, or replacing what failed last year.
We cut and fit the lighting to your rooflines, trees, and garden beds so it follows the shape of the property rather than being draped over it. Everything runs off your existing exterior power and is controlled by a photocell or a digital timer.

Our Holiday Lighting Process, Start to Finish
Getting started is simple. Reach out and we will book a free in person assessment at your property. We look at your rooflines, trees, and garden beds, talk through the look you want, and put together a design that suits the building and your budget.
Your quote is free and comes with no obligation. It sets out the display, the lighting we will use, and everything the season includes.
Once you approve the design, we schedule your installation for the fall. Our crew cuts and fits the lighting to your property so the lines follow the roof and the trees rather than sagging across them.
Everything runs off your existing exterior power. We set the photocell or digital timer so the display comes on at dusk and switches off overnight, and we walk you through the controls before we leave.
Your display is covered by a maintenance guarantee for the whole season. If a section goes dark or a strand comes loose in a storm, we come back and put it right at no extra cost.
After the season we return to take everything down. The lighting comes back to us for storage, so nothing ends up in your garage and there is nothing for you to replace next year.

Holiday Lighting Questions, Answered
When do you install holiday lights in the Denver metro?
Installations run through the fall, ahead of the holiday season. Colorado weather turns quickly once the snow arrives, so the earlier you book, the more say you have over your install date. Booking early does not mean your lights come on early, because the timer controls that.
Who owns the lights, me or White Pine?
We do. The lighting stays ours for the whole season and comes back to us at takedown. You are not buying strands, storing them over the summer, or replacing bulbs that failed last December.
Does the price include taking the lights down afterwards?
Yes. Takedown and storage are included for every holiday customer. We come back after the season, remove everything, and store the lighting until next year, so nothing goes into your garage.
What happens if part of my display stops working in December?
We come back and put it right at no extra cost. Your display carries a maintenance guarantee for the season, which covers a dark section or a strand loosened by a Front Range windstorm. Timing depends on the size of the job, so we confirm it with you when you call.
Will the display work with my existing outdoor outlets?
Yes. Our holiday displays run off your existing exterior 110 volt power, set on a photocell or a digital timer. We do not install or modify outlets, circuits, or panels. If your property needs electrical work before we can install, we will tell you at the assessment so you can bring in a licensed electrician.
Can you light our whole HOA, or just my house?
Both. We install for individual homes and for HOA common areas and neighborhood entrances across the Denver metro. On larger HOA and commercial sites we plan the installation and the takedown around your schedule.
